We want you to love your AeroPress coffee maker, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly through our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your AeroPress and any accessories into a shipping box, ensuring the product is clean and securely cushioned.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
